We believe independence is a birthright belonging to each American, and that with as many laws as are on the books today, that independence is restricted. This is a result of a government which, with each passing year has exhibited an audacious and ever growing desire to interfere in it's citizen's affairs.

In order to preserve and protect our client's rights, we use the system's own laws and rules to fight against constitutional and legal violations. Our office does not look to cut deals with the prosecution. We look for ways to beat the case, ways out of the charge(s), or at the least, a lesser charge(s). Our job is to find errors, oversights, weaknesses and loopholes in the government's case and to exploit those defects before and/or during trial. The only time a plea bargain is recommended by this office is when there is no logical alternative. CONTACT US for a free consultation.
